Faces of the Vista
Paul and Morgan Batton, Owners
Paul and Morgan Batton are permanent residents of Aiken. Paul and Morgan are graduates of Clemson University and own The Hitch and Tow, LLC, Aiken’s 4Star Trailer dealership and trailer service shop. Paul is an engineer by trade and enjoys business, hospitality, and flying. Morgan is an active eventer and has competed through the 3* level and manages a professional training program. The Battons have a son, named Lee.
Janet moved to Aiken from western New York where she owned and operated her own business. She brings her business perspective and love of horses to The Vista. When Janet actively rode, she participated in showing her horses in the western arena. In later years she enjoyed relaxing on the trail. Janet likes to keep herself busy working at The Vista, boarding a few retired horses and pet sitting.
Janice Keats (Client Relations)
Janice grew up in England and took her BHS exams before relocating to California in her late teens. Janice has managed barns, run her own training programs and competed up through the preliminary level in eventing and 3rd level dressage. Janice joined The Vista in Jan 2022 after being an active member since her family arrived in Aiken in 2018. She loves meeting people, making people laugh and continues to be active in the horse community. Janice loves teaching and competing locally and has a passion for helping youth in outreach programs.
