Our Facility

The Vista is located in Aiken, South Carolina. The facility includes 185 beautiful acres of rolling hills and level terrain. It is designed to accommodate a wide range of horse and rider abilities including beginner through international level competitors. The combined training schooling facility supports dressage, cross country, hunter/jumpers, as well as conditioning for all equine disciplines.

Rental Home

Come prepared for an evening of porch sippin’ with friends and beautiful views at our peaceful home. Enjoy close proximity to Citizens Park, Odell Weeks, Downtown Aiken, and all Aiken equestrian venues. Bring your horses too, if you so desire! Our home and barn is located in the center of a horse training facility with trail riding, show jumping, dressage and cross-country schooling opportunities.

Cottages at the Vista

2026 is the grand opening of our 8 onsite cottages! Cottages at The Vista are eight rustic cottages with three unique designs to choose from, the cottages are nestled across 187 acres of rolling countryside. Each cottage has its own golf cart and a choice between a hot tub or sky porch. Making your ride stay just perfect!

Clinic and Large Group Rates

The Vista would like to welcome large groups, clinics or training sessions on a daily basis.

*The rates below apply to groups of 8 or more riders.

In Season (December 1 – April 30)

Cross Country – $55 per rider
Stadium – $55 per rider
Dressage – $55 per rider

Off Season (May 1 – November 30)

Cross Country – $45 per rider
Stadium – $45 per rider
Dressage – $45 per rider

Cross Country would include all XC jumps in the Introductory, Beginner Novice/Novice or Training/Preliminary Fields.

Stadium includes all show jumps in the Derby Field or Stadium Ring.

Dressage would include one dressage ring with letters set up in the Dressage Arena.
